Hospitality is a diverse skill to obtain as it provides many opportunities for different career

besides the hotel industry. Hospitality teaches a person not only to be good at managerial skill as

well as procedure and product of the hotel, but it also gives passion to a person to communicate

to guest and also colleagues. Having the passion to provide hospitality to guest is a talent and

skill that can be beneficial not only at work but also at home. Treating guest politely will

influence how you treat your family. Hospitality industry are found in almost every part of the

world as everyone wants to feel welcome and at home. Therefore, having to provide that feeling

for them is the key to making the guest happy and building a strong image of the person and the

hotel.
